Appointment and Therapy

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

The recipe is important, of course. You should also bring comfortable sportswear, your own towel, and preferably clean training shoes.

Accessibility

Is there parking available at the practice?

Parking spaces are available at the practice. Please drive up the driveway and do not stop at the bottom of the street.

Is there access for wheelchair users?

Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access. However, you are welcome to arrange a home visit with us.

Co-Payment

How much is the co-payment?

The co-payment is 10% of the value of the prescription.

I am exempt from co-payments. What do I need to bear in mind?

If you are exempt, it is important to bring your exemption card with you. We will then make a copy of it for our records.

Failure Calculation

What happens if I don’t show up for an appointment and haven’t canceled it?

If you do not show up for an appointment and have not canceled in advance, we will have to issue you a cancellation fee.

When is the latest I can cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
